The Fundació Puigvert aims to provide comprehensive, effective and humane care in urology, nephrology, andrology and assisted human reproduction, as well as promoting the development and scientific knowledge of these specialties with teaching, training, research, dissemination and health education activities.

- The Fundació Puigvert informs the interested parties, i.e. patients, users, candidates and any other person accessing the website, that it complies with current legislation on personal data protection, as it is considered that the privacy of interested parties and the secrecy and security of personal data that may be provided via this service requires the adoption of technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of personal data provided, where appropriate, bearing in mind the state of technology, the nature of said data and the risks to which they are exposed.
- Thus, the Fundació Puigvert will process the personal data provided by users in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter, LOPD) confidentially and with the security measures required by said law and by the European data protection regulation (GDPR) EU 2016/679.

- Users have the rights of access; cancellation; rectification and objection; deletion; limitation of processing and portability, as well as the right to be informed of the transfers made with regard to their personal data, which are not covered by the provisions herein or as established by law.
