Dr Antonio Rosales is Chief Clinical Officer of the Oncological Urology Unit at the Urology Department.
With a degree in Medicine and Surgery, he has more than 30 years of experience as a urologist and extensive training in different specialty areas, such as robot-assisted surgery and kidney transplantation.
His areas of interest and specialisation are laparoscopic and robot-assisted oncological surgery and kidney transplantation. Throughout his career, he has combined his healthcare work and teaching as a professor in laparoscopic surgical technique, as well as his scientific and research work, by actively contributing to several research projects.
He has participated as a speaker at many national and international urology congresses and scientific meetings, with over 200 papers presented, some of which have won awards. He is also the author of more than 50 scientific publications and co-author of book chapters on the specialty as well as author and co-author of over 100 scientific videos. He has been a National Coordinator of the Endourology, Laparoscopy and Urological Robotics Group of the Spanish Association of Urology.
